It’s easy to earn. First, get in a comfortable position either lying on your back with your knees bent or sitting upright with your back straight and relaxed.
Begin by focusing on how you breathe. Take slow, deep breaths through the nose. Your chest should inhale and contract completely as you exhale.
Try to visualize the breathing process to keep your mind clear distractions. Another way to do this is to repeat a mantra, a simple word or sound such as “ah” or “omm” each time you exhale.
Continue the process for at least 10 minutes and build up to 20 minutes per session, twice a day. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel and how much better you are able to cope with stress.

Certain precautions are required to practice this process of breathing. God has given us to eat the right items to keep the body hale and healthy. Hence avoid consuming odd things like alcoholic, brown sugar etc Vegetarian food is nice for this practice. Non vegetarians can eat fish and occasionally chicken but avoid mutton like faty foods. cigarette smoking to be restricted when not in a position to void totally.

This little article, however true, is incomplete.
It is important to understand some of the reasons deep breathing relieves stress for example. When you are stressed your body responds with certain physical actions. These actions, if not interfered with, perpetuates the stress.
When you are stressed the body responds by increasing the tension in the muscles of your long bones (arms and legs), the smooth muscles of you “gut”, and the smooth muscles of your arterial system. Additionally you pump out additional adrenaline which increase the activity of the muscle just mentioned.
Deep breathing diverts the energy because it is difficult to retain that muscle tension cycle if one purposefully causes the diaphragm to be the muscle that gets the attention. Deep breathing also increases oxygen to the brain and heart which in turns tell the heart not to work so hard. This is a simplified explanation but it is important to know that there is a cause and effect going on here
Now the stress still there but a conscious effort has interfere with the “fight or flight” syndrome..
